Trusk is a last mile delivery market place for heavy goods (+30 kg) We are a freight forwarder that connects professional transporters (selected through the Trusk Academy) to retailers. We connect to them via API or via a Saas platform and leverage our cutting-edge dispatch technology to match in real-time the demand for trucks with the supply. Some key metrics: x4.2 our MRR in 1 year (200k to 830k) Expanded in 9 new cities in 6 months Convinced the top retailers (Ikea, Leroy, Castorama, etc.)
Trusk is bringing the delivery standards to the level of customers' expectations, both in the B2C and B2B2C approaches (Leroy Merlin, Ikea, Conforama,...). They are significantly reducing delivery delays through technology and efficient supply management, bringing increased satisfaction to all stakeholders.
Trusk identified something others seemed to have missed. Not only did they identify the lack of interest from traditional last mile delivery players for heavy loads (>20KG) to meet customer needs, but they also saw the great market opportunities related to the new standards of delivery imposed by Amazon to brick and mortar stores. Trusk has, through the launch of their services, proven that end customers are willing to order increasingly more delivery services from retailers such as Ikea and Leroy Merlin. Moreover, the market is indicating stronger trends within stockless concept stores in city centers with inventory located in the suburbs, such as the one launched by Ikea La Madeleine in Paris city center. Trusk calls this an opportunity! The team has successfully built strong relationships with retailers and has proven to deliver outstandingly high satisfaction rates among end-customers.
