𝗗𝗮𝗿𝗸 𝗸𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆… While home-cooking is declining, food delivery have exponentially grown and is even predicted to reach a $350Bn market by 2030 (so x10 compared to 2018!). It appears that traditional restaurants and fast-foods cannot address all the demand (in terms of volume x price x quality) by themselves, as it is just not in their best interest to prioritize delivery sales over in-store sales. As a result, dark kitchen have emerged with competitive offers, usually sold through meal delivery platforms…. 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗸𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺.𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗮𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗲𝘂𝗿𝘀?
