First of all, we are an alliance of mutants, being entrepreneurs, investors, community builders, platform makers and content producers meaning, that we are combining the attributes of a venture capitalist with the ones of a startup.

As we are true believers of transparency, we decided to be the first VC as a platform, enabling us to work on two pillars. The first pillar is our community, aka the daphnipolis, which consists of 300+ entrepreneurs, executives, private investors, institutional investors, academics and creatives spread across Europe, the US and Asia helping us to qualify the deals we review and make better investment decisions. On top our community helps our portfolio companies to grow faster.

The second pillar is our proprietary, digital platform which enables interaction between members of the community as well as between the community and our portfolio companies. On top of this, the platform allows us to work more efficiently, as we can automatize, otherwise manual, processes and as many steps of the investor journey.

We think that VC market and entrepreneurial world are very complementary. Also like many international iconic VC firm, we think that if we want to talk entrepreneur language we need to have entrepreneurs inside our organization. That is the reason why the partnership is built around investment skills and entrepreneur skills.
