Who are the 40 future impact unicorns?

🇫🇷 The French Tech Next40/120 that support the best of French startups.

🥁 Today, it’s the IMPACT 40/120 index that is making its entrance 🌱

Developed by the Mouvement Impact France, of which daphni has been a part for a year, the goal is to accelerate the transition to a more sustainable world.

Why did daphni decide to join this movement? We asked Damien Didier, our Head of Sustainability at daphni:

“We joined the Impact France Movement to give a voice to the entrepreneurs we support, while asserting our convictions within an engaged, impact-focused community. The Impact 40/120 index highlights companies that have a positive impact at the heart of their value proposition and we are proud to be involved in its launch.” – Damien Didier

Instead of only focusing on the economic success of a startup, this index aims to highlight the 40 most promising companies with a social and ecological impact (maybe the next unicorns, who knows 👀) but also a ranking of the 120 startups committed to keeping an eye on in the coming years.

But who decides? Good question! 

The selection of impact gems was made by an exceptional jury:

• Experts from the Impact Lab coalition (makesense, Pulse, INCO, La Ruche, and Corporate for Change)
• Co-authors of the impact startup mapping (Impact France Movement, Bpifrance le Hub, France Digitale)
• And business leaders, financial experts, startup ecosystem experts, of which daphni is a part.
