Cose da pazzi!
Hi pizza lovers! No no no… Don’t play innocent with me, I know you’ve been eating pizza lately, totally forgetting to take care of your summer body. Let it go folks, it’s easier to walk through a pizzeria’s door than to work out twice a week.
Anyway, whether you choose pizzas or your summer body — and let’s be clear I’m not judging anyone here, I choose pizzas myself -, I’m going to tell you the story of Pazzi, the world first pizzaiolo robot, 100% French. Yes, I know, it’s 4pm, not really the moment to talk about pizzas, but who cares?
Pazzi was born in the minds of two French robotics enthusiasts, Cyrill Hamon and Sébastien Roverso. These engineers built the prototype in Sébastien’s garage in 2012, and after years of testing, tinkering, and fiddling, they finally have enabled Pazzi to see the light of day.
Today more than ever, the first contactless pizza is a relevant concept. The pazzi team, all food aficionados driven by the love of pizza, is concerned about the sanitary conditions and the food safety. Given the current circumstances, our food consumption habits must adapt, and Pazzi offers a suitable solution to delight the taste buds of all food lovers. Pazzi has many tricks up its sleeve: kneading the dough, baking, cutting the pizza, sliding it into the box… #donttouchmypizza
More than being contactless, the recipe is just amazing. You wanna know the reason? Thierry Graffagnino! He’s a renowned pizza chef, three-time pizza world champion. After maturing for 48 to 72 hours, the crust offers a blend of softness and crispness that can drive you completely pazzo. Add on the crust some organic vegetables, PDO cheeses, clean label hams, fish from sustainable sources. Yes, all that! You can be sure, no one ever leaves a crumb on the plate: check the first customers reviews video. Whether you want to remove an ingredient you don’t like or add an extra cheese that makes you melt, Pazzi is here to create the pizza of your life in a matter of minutes.
You thought that was it? Oh I’m not done yet folks! More than being pizza lovers, the team has been truly impacted by the Covid-19 crisis and has decided to support one-o-one since March. Created by Jean-Daniel Chiche, the association works for precision resuscitation where every patient has the best chance. Access to health must be a fundamental human right.
