Future of work is a big trend as younger generations have started to question the employee status as we know it today. Being your own boss and having the capacity to organize your work with flexibility, are becoming increasingly common concepts, especially in the tech sector. At the same time, IT service companies, representing a market of €350 billion in Europe only, have failed to digitize to the extent needed to meet the demands of the market. Furthermore, historically, the traditional players have had many layers of decision makers, making the processes financially inefficient. Comet was quick to jump on the opportunity, and wants to disrupt the organization of this outdated market and grab an ambitious share from traditional players. Besides the massive market size and lack of innovation from traditional players, we fell for the strong team, tackling this issue in a streamlined manner.
